Before becoming a licensed agent in 2004 and broker in 2006, Kathy graduated from Colorado State University in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and went on to hold various engineering positions in both Colorado and Virginia. Having resided in small towns most of her life, she longed to leave the city behind, so she moved to Borrego Springs in 1992 and devoted the next 10 years to running a small business. During this time, she developed a vast network of friends and associates in the area while honing her customer service and organizational skills.
